Maggi Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (such as carrots, peas, or bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)


  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until the spices are fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they are slightly softened.
  4. Add the Maggi noodles, water, tomato ketchup, and salt. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked through and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
