- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (such as carrots, peas, or bell peppers)

- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until the spices are fragrant.
