Reliance Jio Service Down: Reliance Jio services have once again come to a standstill in many parts of the country. It started from Mumbai today, 17 September, which has gradually spread to other cities of the country as well. Earlier, Jio services had come to a standstill in Mumbai in May and June 2024 as well. Users are constantly complaining about Jio’s down services on social media, but till now no concrete solution or assurance has been given by the company, due to which dissatisfaction is increasing among the users.
Network problem since many hours
Users on social media claim that Jio services have come to a standstill across Mumbai, and network problems have persisted for several hours. Many users have also complained about broadband services. Downdetector, a site that tracks outages, has also confirmed this outage of Jio. According to Downdetector’s map, Jio services have also come to a standstill in cities like New Delhi, Lucknow, Nagpur, Cuttack, Hyderabad, Chennai, Patna, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Guwahati.
Complaints filed regarding Jio services
More than 10 thousand people have lodged complaints about Jio’s services on Downdetector within just 1 hour. On this site, 67% people complained about the problem of no signal, while 20% reported problems with mobile internet and 14% reported problems with Jio fiber services.
