The 5-door Maruti Suzuki Jimny will come in two trim levels – Zeta and Alpha. Both the variants will come with an idle start/stop function for better fuel efficiency. It will get a 1.5-liter K15B 4-cylinder petrol engine. This engine generates 103PS of power at 6,000rpm and 134Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual and a 4-speed torque converter automatic. It gets Suzuki’s AllGrip Pro 4×4 drivetrain with a low-range gearbox.

Talking about features, the lifestyle SUV will get a 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment unit with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a semi-digital instrument console, LED headlamps with washer, 15-inch alloy wheels in gunmetal finish. , Tailgate Mounted Spare Wheel and many more.
Safety Features
In terms of safety, this SUV gets safety features like 6 airbags, hill hold control, hill descent control and brake limited slip differential. The new Jimny 5-door has an approach angle of 36°, departure angle of 50° and break-over angle of 24°. Based on the rugged ladder-on-frame chassis, the SUV gets a ground clearance of 210mm.

Jimny will come in 5 single tone and 2 dual-tone color options – Kinetic Yellow + Bluish Black Roof, Sizzling Red + Bluish Black Roof, Nexa Blue, Bluish Black, Sizzling Red, Granite Grey, and Pearl Arctic White.
Maruti Jimny Price in India
The new Jimny 5-door SUV will be sold through the Nexa dealership network, along with the Grand Vitara and Fronx. The SUV has already received over 25,000 pre-orders. Its price is estimated to be between Rs 10 lakh to Rs 15 lakh.
