Chandigarh. The executive meeting of Kumaon Sabha, Chandigarh was held at C.I.I.M. Institute, Sector 34, Chandigarh under the chairmanship of Mr. Manoj Rawat, Pradhan. Sabha’s media in-charge Shashi Prakash Pandey said that in this meeting, the details of income and expenditure of the programs organized by the Sabha in the past were presented before the executive. The future of Kumaon Bhawan located in Sector-45 Budhal, Chandigarh was discussed. There was a discussion on organizing programs on the occasion of Kumaon Sabha, Chandigarh’s Foundation Day and Uttarakhand Day. The responsibility of forming new area committees was given to the executive members. The constitutional amendment was discussed. The proposal to hold a general meeting in the month of August or September was also passed. The executive was informed about the renewal and changes in the membership list and a proposal was also passed to start a membership campaign very soon to make new members of the Sabha. The work to be done by the Sabha in the near future was also discussed in detail. Deepak Parihar, General Secretary, thanked all the members present. Gokul Singh Nagarkoti, Mohinder, Khashti Dutt Pandey, Narender Singh Rawat, Bhupender Singh Khati, Kailash Sharma, Dalip Singh Chauhan, Mahesh Chandra Sharma, Barinder Singh Adhikari, Bhupinder Singh Rawat, Basant Singh Adhikari, Davinder Singh Rawat, Dinesh Singh Farswan, Deepak Singh, Munish Vohra, Darshan Singh Koranga, Anand Singh Koranga, Rajinder Singh Nagarkoti and Anand Singh Negi were present in the meeting.
