Govinda Shot By Gun : Bollywood actor Govinda got injured by his revolver today and was shot in his leg. This incident happened at quarter to four in the morning when Govinda was leaving for somewhere. Before leaving the house, Govinda was keeping the revolver in the cupboard and it slipped from his hand and accidentally misfired. Immediately after this, Govinda was admitted to CRITI Care Hospital.
When Govinda was shot, his wife Sunita was not present at home. After being shot, the actor first called his brother Kirti Kumar . The brother rushed to his house and three-four people together got Govinda admitted to the hospital.
Kirti Kumar told ABP News, ‘After the operation, Govinda is fine now, some family members are present in the hospital and the doctors are taking complete care of him, there is nothing to worry about. He said that thankfully the incident was not so serious and nothing much happened to him.
Police will record the statements of family members
According to the police, after the firing, the police reached the spot and took Govinda’s gun in their possession. The police is investigating the matter. Govinda’s leg bled a lot after being shot. Currently, Govinda is admitted in Andheri’s Criti Care Hospital. The matter is being investigated. The police will record the statements of the family members.

Govinda’s manager Shashi Sinha told ABP Live that the actor’s condition is now out of danger. He was getting ready to go to Kolkata. He was cleaning the revolver and keeping it in the cupboard. During this, the pistol fell on the ground, after which it misfired. He has been shot below his knee. There is nothing to worry about.
Daughter Tina Ahuja told how is her father’s condition
Govinda’s daughter Tina Ahuja told ABP News on phone, ‘I am with Papa in ICU right now. I cannot talk much right now. But let me tell you that Papa’s health is much better than before. Papa was operated upon after being shot and the operation was successful.’
Tina also said, ‘Doctors have done all the tests, the reports are also positive. Papa will remain in the ICU for at least 24 hours. After 24 hours, the doctors will decide whether to keep Papa in the ICU further or not. Doctors are continuously monitoring Papa, there is nothing to worry about, thank you.’
Wife is not in Mumbai
According to reports, Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja is not in Mumbai right now. As soon as she came to know about Govinda being shot, she left for Mumbai.
