Panchkula: Congress leader and former Additional Advocate General Manish Bansal has said that BJP will have to give an account of ten years. Youths are having to go abroad for employment. He said that whoever raises voice for their rights, they are lathi-charged. Congress government will be formed in the state and after that we will protect your interests. Today crime has increased so much in the state that no one is feeling safe.
