Registrations are currently underway for the ninth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2026, the flagship student engagement programme led by the Prime Minister of India. The initiative has already witnessed an overwhelming response, with a total of 36,25,728 registrations recorded so far. Among these, approximately 33,24,619 registrations have been submitted by students, while 2,64,288 teachers and 36,821 parents have also enrolled.
The highly anticipated interactive session, which brings together students, teachers, and parents on a common platform, is scheduled to take place in January 2026.
Eligibility Criteria for Participation
Students studying in Classes 6 to 12, along with teachers and parents, are eligible to participate in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026. The programme is designed to create an inclusive environment where all stakeholders in a student’s academic journey can share concerns and gain insights.
All registered participants will be awarded a Participation Certificate, recognising their involvement in this national-level initiative. Students may choose to participate individually or through a teacher’s login, ensuring flexibility and wider access.
Step-by-Step Registration Process
Interested candidates can register for PPC 2026 by visiting the official Pariksha Pe Charcha portal. Registration requires basic details such as the participant’s name and phone number. The registration window will remain open until January 11, 2026, and applicants are encouraged to complete the process well before the deadline.
Opportunity to Get Your Question Featured
Participants will be shortlisted for Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 through a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)–based competition conducted on the MyGov portal. This competition will remain active until January 11, 2026, and serves as the primary channel for submitting questions.
Students, teachers, and parents can use this platform to raise questions related to examinations, stress management, learning strategies, and personal development. Selected questions may be featured during the live interaction with the Prime Minister.
About Pariksha Pe Charcha
Pariksha Pe Charcha is an annual initiative where Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacts directly with students preparing for board examinations. The programme focuses on addressing exam-related stress, motivating students, and encouraging a positive approach toward learning and life.
The first edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha was held in February 2018 at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi. Since then, the programme has evolved into a nationwide movement, fostering open dialogue and promoting mental well-being among students across the country.
