The new Verna 2023 has been launched by Hyundai in the Indian market. It has been launched by the company at an initial price of Rs 10.90 lakh. The price of its top variant has also been fixed at Rs 17.38 lakh.
Hyundai Verna 2023 Prices
The Verna is being offered with two engines and three transmissions. It has a 1.5 liter natural aspirated engine. Apart from this, the second engine given is a 1.5 liter turbo engine. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine produces 115 PS of power and 143.8 Nm of torque. While the car gets 160 PS of power and 253 Newton meters of torque from the second turbo engine. Apart from manual transmission in the car, IVT and DCT two options have been given in automatic.
A total of six variants have been offered by the company in the new Verna. Among these variants, the base variant is EX. After this, S, SX, SX Optional, SX Turbo and SX Optional Turbo variants are available. Only the first four variants get the option of a natural aspirated engine and two variants are available with the turbo engine.
Hyundai Verna Variants
The base variant of Verna is EX. In this variant, the company offers driver side and passenger side airbags as well as side and curtain airbags. Along with this, this variant also gets ABS, EBD, reverse parking sensors, day-night mirrors, ESS, auto headlamps, headlamp escort function, central locking, impact sensing auto door lock and unlock, keyless entry with foldable key, timer key. With rear defogger, seatbelt reminder for all seats, speed alert system, seat belt pre-tensioner for driver and passenger, immobilizer, dual horn, ISOFIX child seat anchorage, burglar alarm, projector headlamps, black chrome radiator grille, body colored outside Mirrors, body colored outside door handles, full wheel covers, beige and black interior, metal finish inside door handles and parking lever tips, height adjustable driver seat, front and rear seat adjustable headrests, rear center armrest with cup holders, front and rear Features like power windows, manual AC, power steering, tilt steering, passenger vanity mirror, type C charging USB port, power outlet, luggage lamp, electrically adjustable outside mirror, battery saver are available.
Hyundai Verna S Variant Features
Along with all the features found in the base variant EX, many more features have been included in the second base variant. This includes HAC, ESC, VSM, TPMS, horizon LED positioning lamps and DRLs, parametric connected LED tail lamps, shark fin antenna, turn indicators on outside mirrors, 15-inch alloy wheels, sliding front center console with armrest storage, eight-inch Infotainment System, Color TFT MID, Apple Car Play & Android Auto, Voice recognition, Speakers front and rear, Bluetooth connectivity, Audio and Bluetooth controls on steering wheel, ISG, FATC AC, Rear AC vents, Cooled glove box, Telescopic steering, Cruise Features like controls will be available in the S variant.
Hyundai Verna SX Variant Features
The SX variant gets the features of the base and second base variants along with many more features. It also has the option of manual and IVT transmission. Other features include Front Parking Sensors, Rear Camera with Guideline, ECM, Keyless Entry with Smart Key, Height Adjustable Front Seat Belts, LED Headlamps, Cornering Headlamps, Window Belt Line Satin Chrome, Outside Door Handles Satin Chrome, 16 Inch Diamond cut alloy wheels, leather wrapped gear knob and two spoke steering, electric sunroof, smart trunk, push button start, wireless charger, DRVM, ambient light, electric folding and auto fold outside mirrors will be available in this variant.
Hyundai Verna SX Optional Variant
Apart from the features found in the variants till the SX variant, it also gets the option of manual and IVT transmission. Apart from this, it also gets Telematics switch with ECM in Inside Rear View Mirror, Level-2 ADAS in IVT variant, soft crash pad with door trim, 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, Hyundai BlueLink, eight speakers with premium sound from Bose, front ventilated and Features like heated seats, power driver seat, air purifier, luggage net, rear manual curtain will be available in it.
Hyundai Verna SX Turbo Variant Features
The SX Turbo variant gets the turbo engine with manual and DCT transmission options. In this, along with the features found in other variants, many more features have been added, but safety features like ADAS have not been given in this variant. The SX Turbo variant gets 16-inch black alloy wheels, red front brake calipers, red accents with black interiors, paddle shifters in the DCT variant.
Hyundai Verna SX Turbo Optional Variant Features
The top-end variant of Hyundai Verna is SX Optional Turbo variant. In addition to the features found in all other variants, features like electric parking brake and rear disc brake, level-2 ADAS with DCT option have been given.
