History of Pharmacist Day 2024
World Pharmacist Day, celebrated every year on 25 September, was first celebrated in the year 2009. The demand to celebrate this day was made by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) in a conference held in Istanbul in the year 2000. During the conference, this day was recognized. However, for the first time, FIP celebrated Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science in Istanbul, Turkey in 2009 at the World Congress.
