Next Tranche to Benefit Millions of Farmers

The long wait for the 21st installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana—popularly known as PM Kisan Yojana—has finally come to an end. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to release the upcoming installment of ₹2,000 to eligible farmers on November 19, 2025, during a public event in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. According to the official announcement, the government will disburse nearly ₹18,000 crore through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system as part of this release.

When Will Farmers Receive the Payment?

More than 9 crore beneficiaries under the PM-Kisan scheme will receive the installment amount at 1:00 PM. The event will also be broadcast live at 1:30 PM for nationwide viewing.

Mandatory eKYC Requirement

Farmers must ensure that their eKYC is completed to receive the benefit. The eKYC process can be performed through:

• OTP verification via the PM Kisan portal
• Biometric authentication at CSC centers or State Seva Kendras (SSKs)
• Face authentication through the PM Kisan Mobile App
  A valid Aadhaar number is required for successful completion. As per the official PIB release dated November 14, over ₹3.70 lakh crore has been disbursed to 11 crore farmer families across 20 installments so far. Only those farmers whose land records are linked on the PM Kisan portal, bank accounts are Aadhaar-seeded, and eKYC is completed, are eligible to receive benefits.

Step 4: Enter your registration number and security code
Step 5: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
Step 6: Enter the OTP and view the status of your 21st installment

Village-wise Beneficiary Search

If you wish to check the beneficiary list for your village, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the official PM Kisan portal
Step 2: Go to “Farmers Corner” and click on “Beneficiary List”
Step 3: Select your state, district, sub-district, block, and village
Step 4: Click on “Get Report” to view all beneficiaries in that village

What to Do If Your Status Shows as Pending?

A pending status indicates incomplete verification or missing information. Applicants must complete all required formalities such as Aadhaar linking, PAN verification, or bank account updates to become eligible and receive the installment. Addressing these issues promptly ensures uninterrupted benefits under the PM Kisan Yojana.
