Mohali to have Modern Beat Boxes to Enhance Police Services in SAS Nagar Mohali
SAS Nagar, February 15: In a bid to modernize police services, the SAS Nagar district police have launched a new initiative by setting up modern beat boxes in various parts of the district. The first such box was inaugurated at the Airport Road in SAS Nagar.
According to SSP Deepak Parik, the modern beat boxes are equipped with advanced technology and will help in better traffic management and surveillance. The boxes will also serve as a platform for the police to interact with the public and provide them with necessary assistance.
The SSP said that the modern beat boxes are part of the police department’s efforts to provide better services to the public. “We are committed to providing the best possible services to the public, and the modern beat boxes are a step in that direction,” he said.
The modern beat boxes will be set up at various locations in the district, including Majri T-Point, Chatt Light Point, and other areas. The police department has appealed to the public to cooperate with them and make use of the facilities provided by the modern beat boxes.
