The highly anticipated Tata Punch facelift has begun reaching local dealerships across the country, just ahead of its official launch on 13 January 2026. This refreshed B-SUV introduces a combination of aesthetic updates, enhanced interior features, and a new engine option, promising to appeal to both new buyers and existing Tata enthusiasts.
Fresh Exterior Design and New Paint Options
The 2026 Tata Punch facelift showcases a revamped exterior with several notable design updates. The model featured here is finished in Coorg Clouds, a brand-new paint option, which joins five other shades available at launch. Buyers will also have the flexibility to select from six distinct variants, all of which are now listed on Tata’s official website.

This particular unit is equipped with dual CNG cylinders in the boot, a feature that has been adopted across several Tata models, offering greater fuel flexibility.
Engine Options and Performance
The Tata Punch facelift will continue to be powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine, available in both naturally aspirated and turbocharged versions. Transmission options include the existing five-speed manual and AMT gearboxes, though details on the turbo-petrol variant’s gearbox options, aside from the six-speed manual, are yet to be confirmed.
