A European retailer has silently listed the highly anticipated Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, marking its unofficial debut ahead of the expected global announcement. While the device brings notable upgrades over the Redmi Note 14 Pro5G, it also makes a few compromises compared to the original Chinese model of the Redmi Note 15 Pro.
Delayed Global Launch But Growing Global Sightings
Xiaomi has yet to reveal the official global launch date for the Redmi Note 15 series, despite launching three models nearly four months ago in China. Over recent weeks, however, various global variants have appeared on retailer platforms. The Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus was spotted earlier this month, followed by two 4G versions, hinting that the worldwide rollout is approaching.
Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G Listed in Germany
The standard Redmi Note 15 Pro5G has now surfaced at Smartmobil in Germany, preceding its international launch. The listing highlights a few differences from the Chinese model. Much like the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, this global variant adopts a smaller battery than its China-exclusive counterpart.
Updated Specifications for the Global Market
According to the retailer listing, the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G is equipped with a 6,580 mAh battery, offering a balance of longevity and portability. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset, paired with a 6.83-inch CrystalRes AMOLED display. The phone measures 163.61 x 78.09 x 7.78 mm and weighs 210 g, delivering a slim yet solid build. It is expected to ship with 8 GB of RAM and likely 256 GB of internal storage.
Pricing, Colors, and Camera Capabilities
Reports suggest a retail price of €399 (~$465) for this model. Smartmobil also lists three color options—Black, Glacier Blue, and Titanium—available at launch. The Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G boasts a robust camera setup featuring a 200 MP primary sensor, a 20 MP selfie camera, and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens. While it can supposedly be ordered already in Germany, it remains uncertain whether shipments will begin immediately.
