OPPO is gearing up to launch its latest F-series smartphones in India on March 20. The company has officially announced the launch date, and while it hasn’t revealed the exact names of the devices, it’s expected that the OPPO F29 and OPPO F29 Pro 5G will be part of the series.
The OPPO F29 series is expected to feature a sleek design with a 360° Armour Body and IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, making them dust and water-resistant. The phones will also be MIL-STD-810H-2022 certified, having passed 14 military-grade tests.

The OPPO F29 series will be available in various color options, including Solid Purple, Glacier Blue, Icy Blue, Marble White, and Granite Black. The phones will weigh 180 grams and have a thickness of just 7.55mm.
The OPPO F29 Pro 5G is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 octa-core processor, while the OPPO F29 may feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 octa-core processor.
In terms of camera specifications, the OPPO F29 Pro 5G may feature a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. The phone may also have a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The OPPO F29 Pro 5G is expected to pack a large 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support, while the OPPO F29 may have a 6,500mAh battery.
