Bidder’s Perspective
Hailing from Bhiwani village, the businessman admitted he had not anticipated such a high bid. “I had no fixed amount in mind, I simply liked the number and went ahead,” he said. He has not yet decided which vehicle will carry the prized number and mentioned, “We are figuring that out.”
Entrepreneurial Background
The successful bidder runs a transport business and a software company. He is also developing a transport-related mobile app for commercial transportation, which is currently in its early stages. The number’s purchase, he said, has generated far more attention than he had expected.
