Earlier, the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Kumar Diwakar on Tuesday removed advocate commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra from the commission proceedings, the day after the Shivling found during the survey in the Vazukhana of Gyanvapi Masjid was sealed. On the demand of Special Advocate Commissioner Vishal Singh, two more days have been given to present the report of the action of the commission in the court. Along with this, there will be a hearing on behalf of the plaintiff on the demand of removal of toilets, fishes from the place of Shivling and worship of the Shivling.

On the application of the plaintiff, the court has sought objection from the other respondents including Anjuman Inazaniya Masajid Committee. In addition, the Court has also taken cognizance of the objections raised by the respondent.
 
During the hearing held in the court after the completion of the survey in Gyanvapi, Special Advocate Commissioner Vishal Singh accused Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra of being irresponsible in the discharge of his official duties. The statement given to the media by the photographer RP Singh appointed by him was also mentioned.

On this, the court relieved Ajay Kumar Mishra with immediate effect. The special counsel commissioner has been ordered to submit a report on the action taken by the commission after May 12. Earlier, the date of May 17 was fixed for this. Assistant Advocate Commissioner Ajay Pratap Singh has also been ordered not to do anything independently. Special advocates will work only on the instructions of the commissioner.

Three main demands of the plaintiff

On Tuesday, on behalf of Rekha Pathak, Manju Vyas, Sita Sahu, from the plaintiff's side, an application was made in the court that along with worshiping at the place of Shivling, under the Shivling found at the Vaju place and in front of Nandi Maharaj, the north and east of the basement. Survey should be done by demolishing the selected walls. A demand has also been made to conduct a survey by removing the debris of bamboo, ball, brick and sand kept at many places in the campus.

Respondent party raised objection
On behalf of the respondent, advocates appeared in the court and raised oral objections and objected to the sealing of the place of Vazukhana on Monday. He said, the court has given ex-parte order without hearing them. It should be reconsidered and restored to the earlier position. If this is not done then it will not be justice.

An application was made on behalf of District Government Advocate Civil (DGC) Mahendra Prasad Pandey that the toilet should be removed along with shifting out the pipeline of Vazukhana. Along with this, a demand has been made to remove the sealed fish in the water of the man-made pond.
