Taruni Sachdeva Death in Nepal Crash

Taruni Sachdeva (14 May 1998 – 14 May 2012) was born in Mumbai Maharashtra, and had acted in too many TV commercials, the most famous of Rasna ad. She was on a pilgrimage to Muktinath in Nepal, with her mother when the plane, they were traveling in, crashed. Her mother also expired in this sad mishap. Taruni was a vivacious girl and has had acted with Amitabh Bachhan in movie Paa. She has had acted in two South Indian movies.

In a state of shock and disbelief, Bachchan tweeted, "Just reading that Taruni Sachdev the girl child artist in Paa, has perished in Nepal plane crash .. please God may this not be true."

Jatin Kanakia (Shriman Shrimati actor)

Jatin Kanakia (28 June 1953 – 18 July 1999) was born in Gujarat and was a famous comedian and an actor. He was well known for his role in TV serials Shriman Shrimati and Padosan. He also acted in Hindi movies like Khoobsurat. He died of pancreatic cancer in Mumbai after a short span of hospitalisation. He continued working even knowing his ailment.

Mohan Gokhale (Mr. Yogi serial actor) Death

Mohan Gokhale (21 June 1954 – 29th April 1999) was born in Pune, Maharashtra. He acted in many Marathi and Hindi films. He also acted in many TV serials Mr. Yogi, Shwetambara, Mohan Joshi Hazir Ho!, and Sparsh were some of his famous serials. comedian, writer and singer. He died in his sleep of Heart attack when he was in Chennai. He was working on Kamal Hassan's Hey Ram movie.

Vivek Shauq Shocking Death

Vivek Shauq (21 June 1963 – 10 January 2011) was a veteran actor, comedian, writer and singer. He had acted in Hindi and Punjabi films, television serials, theatre and television commercials. Comedian Gurpreet Ghuggi calls him his mentor. Shauq was also involved with the Sant Nirankari Mission. He was very fluent in Urdu. He was also the founding member of Nonsense Club. He died of a heart attack on 10 January 2011 in Mumbai, at the age of 47. He is survived by his wife and three children.

Kuljeet Randhawa Shocking Death

Kuljeet Randhawa (1 January 1976 – 8 February 2006) was an Indian actress and model. The former Gladrags model was best known for her role in the Kohinoor-series.Randhawa was born on 1 January 1976 in Ranigangh in West Bengal. Her father served for the Indian police and this gave Kuljeet opportunities to travel across India including Patiala, Punjab where her father was serving at the time of her suicide. She started modelling since she was in school and did several ads and walked on the ramp for all major designers. She earned her Honours in Psychology from Delhi University.Randhawa also appeared in several television series including Hip Hip Hurray, C.A.T.S., and a lead role in STAR One's Special Squad. On 8 February 2006, Randhawa hanged herself at her apartment in Juhu, a suburban of Mumbai. In a suicide note, Kuljeet stated that she was ending her life as she was unable to cope with life's pressures. Shortly before her death, she had completed filming for the movie By Chance.

Nirmal Pandey Shocking Death

Nirmal Pandey (born 1961/1962 – 5 February 2010) was an Indian Bollywood actor, who was known for his role Vikram Mallah in Shekhar Kapur's Bandit Queen (1994), for portrayal of a transvestite in Daayraa (1996) for which he won a Best Actor Valenti award in France, Train To Pakistan (1998) and Godmother (1999).

He was supposed to watch his latest film Lahore on 22 February 2010 at a special screening with Humorist R. K. Laxman and Music Maestro MM Kreem. Lahore, released in 19 March 2010, proved to be Pandey's last film.

Lakshmikant Berde (Lakshya) (3 November 1954 – 16 December 2004; Mumbai) was an Indian comic actor who acted in many Marathi and Hindi movies.Lakshmikant made his movie career debut with the Marathi movie Lek Chalali Sasarla . Following this Berde started getting offers to act in Marathi films and acted in popular films like Dhum Dhadaka, Hamal De Dhamal, Ashi Hi Banwa Banvi, Balache Baap Brahmachari and Thartharat. Berde's first Hindi film was Sooraj Barjatya's Maine Pyar Kiya with Salman Khan. Some of his other popular Hindi films include Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Mere Sapno Ki Rani, Arzoo, Saajan, Beta and 100 Days, and Anari.

Shafi Inamdar (1949 - 13 March 1996) was an Indian actor. He started his film career with the film Vijeta and continued in Ardh Satya. He acted in a number of television serials including Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi. Shafi married actress Bhakti Barve. He died on 13 March 1996. His wife died in a road accident on 12 February 2001.His most notable films include as the inspector in Aaj Ki Awaz, as the villain in Awam (film), as the friend of Rajesh Khanna in films like Nazrana, Anokha Rishta and Amrit (film).

Ravi Baswani (September 29, 1946 – July 27, 2010) was a well known Indian film actor, most famous for his role in Sai Paranjpe's Chashme Buddoor (1981) and Kundan Shah's cult comedy Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro (1983), for which he won Filmfare Best Comedian Award in 1984. He was noted for his comic timing and underplaying of a character in the true sense of th word. In a career spanning 30 years he acted in some 30 films. He died in Haldwani, on his way to Delhi from hill station Nainital, to where he had traveled to scout for locations for his upcoming directorial feature which was also to be his debut in that role.

Kunal Singh Actor Shocking Death

Kunal (Hindi:1977 – February 2008) was an Indian actor who appeared in Tamil and Hindi films. He is best known for his role in the 1999 film Dil Hi Dil Mein where he played a young student who falls in love over the Internet. After the box office success of Kadhalar Dhinum, Kunal appeared in a series of box office failures. When he was unable to find roles as an actor Kunal served as assistant editor for several films and turned to producing.

On 7 February 2008 he was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his Mumbai apartment by actress Lavina Bhatia. The apparent suicide was challenged by his father Rajendra Singh who claimed the body showed signs of suspicious bruising. Bhatia was detained by police in connection with his death, but was later released after the police could not prove a motive. The police were unable to prove any other persons were present in Kunal's apartment at the time of his death and therefore ruled out Bhatia as a suspect as Kunal had a black belt in karate;furthermore, he had attempted suicide by slashing his wrists several months earlier. At the time of his death, Kunal was working on a film, Yogi, which was being produced by his newly formed production company Balagiri.

Nafisa Joseph Shocking Death News

Nafisa Joseph (28 March 1978 - 29 July 2004) was an Indian model and MTV video jockey. She was the winner of Miss India Universe 1997 and was a semi-finalist in the Miss Universe pageant.

Joseph hanged herself in her flat in Mumbai on 29 July 2004. She was to marry businessman Gautam Khanduja in a few weeks' time. According to her parents, Joseph took the step because her marriage was called off.

Viveka Babajee (May 23, 1973 – June 25, 2010) was a Mauritian-born Indian model and actress. Viveka Babajee appeared in some Bollywood movies like Yeh Kaisi Mohabbat (2002). She was a popular model in Mumbai. She was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her apartment on June 25, 2010 at her Bandra residence in Mumbai. Divya Bharti (February 25, 1974 - April 5, 1993) was an Indian film actress. She started her career in 1990 with the film Bobbili Raja. After several other hits in the South, she entered Hindi films with 'Vishwatma' in 1992, for which she earned accolades for her performance in the song Saat Samundar Paar. She appeared in more than 14 Hindi films between 1992 and 1993. Amrish Lal Puri (June 22, 1932 - January 12, 2005) was an iconic theater and film actor from India, who was a key player in the Indian theater movement that picked up steam in the 1960s. He worked with notable playwrights of the time, such as Satyadev Dubey and Girish Karnad. However, he is primarily remembered for essaying some iconic negative roles in Hindi cinema. He is most remembered for his role as Mogambo in the Hindi film Mr India (1987). As Mola Ram in the Hollywood film Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), he crossed over to international cinema as well.

He died on 12 January 2005 from a brain haemorrhage, in Mumbai, Maharashtra at the age of 72.

Jagjit Singh (February 8, 1941- October 10, 2011) was great ghazal singer. He was born in Sri Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan. He was known for his style of ghazal singing, he was a great writer, a great composer. His only son died in a car crash which prompted his wife Chitra Singh to stop singing.

He died on October 10, 2011 from a brain haemorrhage, in Mumbai, Maharashtra at the age of 72.

Every Ghazal lover or non lover misses him because of his legacy of music.
