Yes! It's true! The very popular harem pants are out and so are tights. In fact, the cool and comfortable look of harem pants has been replaced by culottes, also known as divided skirts. They are like wrap around long skirts, very popular in cotton. The only difference is that they are divided.
It is definitely too hot for jeans. So this summer it's all about shorts! Whether it comes to formal semi-formal or casual wear, Shorts are IN! In fact there are a lot of new styles - for e.g. Check-Print patterns are in and so are high-waist shorts with loose tops tucked in for formal wear and denim and cotton shorts for casual wear. Jumpsuits too, are very much in. As for footwear, with the monsoons arriving, crocs are trendy and comfortable and so are flip-flops.
Asymmetrical one-shoulder tops and off-shoulder tops are so much back in fashion. And also, balloon tops, skirts, and dresses.
The colors of the season are Pink and Yellow. However, if you're not very fond of them, you can always wear bright colors and accessorize yourself with these colors. Just make sure that you match it right.
No one wants to tie up their hair and now it’s all about keeping it short.
As for nail color- black is totally out and it is surprising to find everyone following yellow and even shades of green, blue and once again - Pink!! |
