The auditions for the best face "Mr. & Miss face of North India" was held here in Chandigarh today. 'Insaniors'
the Delhi based organisation held these auditions at hotel Sunbeam. The auditions started at 10 am and lasted till 8 pm.
The audition organisers told us that there had been 9 auditions previously in different North Indian cities like Karnal, Hissar, Jallandhar, Ludhiana, Amritsar, etc.
Mr. Raghuveer Neeraj, Vikram Rana, and Sourabh the heads of the company, were taking the auditions. They said that we are selecting the main lead faces from
each city and then there will be a grand finale in Chandigarh itself.
Speaking to the aspirants we found out that boys and girls - all
from Chandigarh and Punjab were dying to win this audition. Some
wished to surprise their parents about it after qualifying the
first round. Some
had come without telling their parents so they were camera shy.
Where as we found out that girls and boys were pretty enthusiastic
and had charm on their faces, they were enjoying each other's company
rather than feeling them as their competitors.
The final round will be a competition between all the winners
of qualifying round of each city. The finals of the contest Mr.
and Miss. Face of North India will be held on 29th March at Tagore
Theatre as reported to us.
