Swine Flu H1N1 Virus : Symptoms, Cure and Prevention

Today the biggest ongoing issue in our country and world is the fear of "Swine Flu". It is the most challenging problem for
all of us. Everyone is scared of this H1N1 Virus and its consequences.
Swine Flu has spread all over and has become the cause of worry for parents, students, and all our countryment. This monster
had killed many people and still killing all around the world. Hundreds of people from India are also caught by this devil called "Swine Flu" and it is mainly caused by less awareness and by not following proper precautions.
The H1N1 Virus is mainly spread over by the pigs. While its spreading all over the world, the only way to save ourselves is following it's Do's and Dont's. We really need to be strong and alert this time.Knowing the symptoms of this virus are really important and should not be ignored. Get yourself checked if you have constant fever, cough with traces of blood, sore throat, difficulty in breathing and running nose.Precautions are the strongest weapon against "Swine Flu".

What to Do to prevent Swine Flu:
We must cover our mouth and nose, with a piece of cloth or hanky, while coughing or sneezing.
We must wash our hands with soaps after and before touching our nose, eyes or mouth.
We must stay away from public gatherings.
Take proper sleep.
Drink plenty of water and eat nutritive and fibrous food. Have juices which increase your immunity like (Seabuckthorn juice from Leh Berry) or Kiwi juice.
We must see a doctor as and when we find any symptom near to the indications of swine flu.
Avoid going out while you're caught with this fever, you can have Paracetamol tab as SOS to keep your fever down.
What not to do to prevent swine flu:
Avoid shaking hands, hugging and kissing socially or use of other contact greetings.
Do not take any medication without consulting the certified doctor.
Do not spit in public places.
If all the precautions and preventive measures are being taken care of then this killing-disease will disappear one day.So to overcome this disease one must support the information and making people aware.
