Ileana D’Cruz landed her first movie when she was noticed in a Fair and Lovely ad. She played Bhanumathi in Devadasu (2006) which was a commercial success. Puri Jagannadh’s Pokiri (2006) with Mahesh Babu was another hit on her list.
She then made her debut in Tamil cinema with Kedi ...She was seen in movies like Munna (2007) and Jalsa (2008). In 2009, she will be seen in Saleem, Kick and Local.

Her Hindi Debut movie Barfee (Starring Ranbir Kapoor) is about to release somewhere in end of 2011. Another movie Once Upon A Time 2 (Sequel has been announced) which will also cast her.
