It is a myth that once lost weight doesn't come back. What I meant to say was that if you stop exercising and hard work, you might regain the weight which you might have lost after so much precautions. Everyone will ask you to eat less, do exercises, do morning walks or runnings. Here are a few tips which can keep you healthy and with toned-up physique. If you really want a slim or lean body shape, then follow some instructions and you will be fine.
Eating Habits
1. Eat one banana at least a day. Why? To keep your bowel system clean.
2. Eat strabberies. This help reducing weight.
3. Noni juice and pineapple juice help you prevent from acidity. So have it alternate days. (Too much of pineapple juice might lead to irritation in your throat or sore throat)
4. Have herbal Aloe Vera juice (30 ml shot) one every morning, empty stomach.
5. Have one small shot (about 30 ml) of Black coffee (without sugar) in evening.
6. Drink around 1.25 Litres of water when you get up in the morning. This you have to take, while sitting (not in standing position).
7. Eat only when you're very hungry and can't control. This will help digesting the food easily.
8. Do not eat cheesy fatty things. Avoid potatos and butter.
9. Have cereals like Kellogs one bowl in the morning (with milk).
10. Have a plate of fruits anytime in day.
11. Eat a lot of salads, green salad, italian salads, or Russian salads. Olives are good for stomach so have them in salads.
12. Kiwi fruit is fibrous and too good for people who can't digest easily.
13. Avoid peanuts, it has lot of fats.
14. Eat small meals and after every two hours in a day. If you can skip your food in night then its best, otherwise, alternatively you can eat your dinner at around 7.00 pm and do not eat anything after that.
